for inviting me to judge at this popular show once again. The entry seemed to
be rather low and unfortunately there were a lot of absentees.
ASIAN
TABBY NEUTER

A cat of overall very good type, carrying a little too much
weight which doesn't do him any favours. Head of overall excellence. Ears of
excellent size, shape and set. Very good muzzle and profile though nose just a
fraction long. Very good coat length and texture. Clear even ticking on rather
cold ground colour. Well deserving of BoB
HAVANA ADULT MALE

Head of
excellent type, having correct balance and strength for a male. Large ears of
excellent shape and set. Excellent profile. Lines to wedge spoiled by slight
muzzle pinch. Correct even bite. Clear green eyes of excellent size, shape and
setting. Excellent body type. Long legs with neat paws. Tail of good length but
lacking sufficient taper. Coat a little long but of very good texture.
Excellent warm brown colour but unfortunately very unsound, so much so that the
very light roots show through the coat - such a great pity in an otherwise
superb cat.
ORIENTAL BLACK ADULT FEMALE

MISHKANA MAGICMOMENTS 28/11/00
Ears of good size and shape, just a little
upright in set. Eyes good shape and set. Very good profile overall but
unfortunately she has a skull depression which was confirmed by the Duty Vet.
Very good body type, slender limbs. Very good coat length and texture, colour
sound to roots. I noted that part of the tail was peppered with white hairs.

A chap I've not encountered for some time!
Head of overall very good shape. Ears of very good size and set. Skull just a
little flat detracting from an otherwise good profile. Excellent eyes shape.
Excellent lines to wedge. Excellent long elegant body with legs to balance.
Tail a little short. Coat of good length and texture but lacking sparkle.

GENTLEMAN TED 24/01/03
An excellent large well grown youngster in superb
muscular condition. There really was a lot to like about this chap! Large ears
of perfect shape and correct set. Excellent profile. Green eyes of excellent
shape and set with a true Oriental expression. Muzzle showing rather pronounced
pinch. Excellent body type. Excellent tall legs with elegant paws. Excellent
long whip tail. Coat of excellent length and texture. Colour rather dark blue
showing just a little silvering. A cat of excellent Oriental type overall with
a delightful temperament and shown in excellent condition. A most elegant Gent
well worthy of PC & BoB
