I would like to thank Mark Parkinson for acting as my Steward - he did a great job and was very pleasant company to boot! Very many thanks Mark, I look forward to our next outing.

NORWEGIAN FOREST CAT Adult Male

1. Kemp's SNOWCAPE STORM. CC not awarded. 9 months. A young male of very good build and overall type. Ears of good size and shape, but set too wide, and carried low. Fair profile. Skull overall far too broad for correct balance, resulting in a very broad wedge. Excellent body type, very strongly built with the desired length. Very good strong bone. Excellent coat length and texture over very dense undercoat.

2. Higgins & Moss' CH VOLSUNG DUSTIN. 6 years. An old sparring partner who though a bit stroppy did allow me the honour of handling him! Ears of excellent size and shape, but unfortunately set a little wide and carried low. Good profile. Excellent eye shape and set. Excellent body size and weight, it appeared to be very good length, but he was so tense it was difficult to assess. Excellent coat length and texture. A cat with a lot going for him, but I do wish he liked me just a bit more!!

3. Scott's KOOLFUR BEN CASSIO. 14 months. Ears of very good shape and set, but far too small for balance. Excellent eye shape and set. Very good profile. Rather effeminate overall. Excellent body length but lacking the size I expect in a male. Coat of good texture but rather too short. Lovely natured chap.

NORWEGIAN FOREST CAT Adult Female

1. Higgins & Moss' DRAKBORGENS EBBAYRHATTA. 18 months. CC not awarded. Skull overall too broad for balance. Ears wide and low set. Fair profile. Wedge very broad across eyes. Body of fair type, but needs more size. I would like stronger bone. Coat of very good texture, though I thought it a bit short.

2. Bowler's CH SKJONN BETHANY ASTRID. 2 years. Head very broad. Ears set wide and low in carriage. Fair profile. Good chin line. Body too short for balance. Coat of fair texture, a little short in places.

Colourpointed/Mitted Ragdoll Adult Female

1. Long's AVELEIGH GRETA. 9 months. IC & BoB. A good solid young female, who will improve with a little more maturity. Head of very good type overall. Ears very good shape and set. Good profile. Very good chin. Well-developed cheeks, with pleasing muzzle. Eyes good shape and set, perhaps a trifle small, good colour. Body of good type, just lacking a little in size. Tail of correct proportions. Coat of very good length and texture. Good body colour and excellent points colour.

2. Johnstone's AVELEIGH PANDORA. 9 months. A petite youngster needing to grow. Head of overall good type. Ears of good size and set. Fair profile. Fair cheeks and muzzle. Good body type, but small. Coat of good length and texture. Points rather patchy in colour.

3. Webb's IMADOLL CATKINS. 11 months. A rather small lightweight queen of overall good type. Ears good size and set. Fair profile, lacking a little in backskull. Eyes good shape and excellent colour. Coat very good length and texture.
