An enjoyable show ably managed by Chris Titterington and
her team. I have always enjoyed judging at this show. Unfortunately, I forgot
to collect my catalogue, so apologies for some name omissions. Many thanks to
Mark Parkinson for stewarding for me.
Best of Variety Oriental
Adult Cassar-Simmond's Ch. Fiordiliso Infidelity. 29 M

A superb example of the breed! I was impressed with this youngster
at the Supreme and he has continued to improve, he is very young and just needs
that little maturity to complete the picture. Excellent head type. Large well
shaped ears of excellent set with superb top of head. Excellent profile,
correct bite and firm chin. Green eyes of excellent size shape and set with
lovely expression. Long firm well muscled body of excellent type. Long slender
legs. Balanced tail with good taper. Coat short and close lying, excellent
texture and well prepared. Coat an excellent rich chestnut brown with the
minimum of ghosting, sadly not quite sound to the roots. An excellent exhibit
in superb condition.
Kitten Cassar-Simmond's Fiordiliso

This is a kitten of great promise!
Excellent head overall, ears of excellent size and set with superb top of head.
Excellent profile, correct bite and firm chin. Eyes very good shape and set,
excellent blue. Excellent body type. Long slim legs, long well tapered tail.
Coat very short and close lying, very good texture. Adequate white markings and
unusual facial markings. A superb kitten of excellent type and with a
delightful temperament.

Oriental of overall excellence! A large stylish chap, yet retaining elegance.
Well balanced head of excellent type held on elegant neck. Large well set ears,
excellent top of head. Excellent profile, firm chin and correct bite. Green
eyes of excellent shape, correctly set, superb expression. Excellent long
slender well muscled body, long slim legs, very neat paws. Tail excellent
length and taper. Coat of excellent texture, short and close-lying; dense
glossy black and sound to the roots. Excellent condition, temperament and
presentation. A quality exhibit!

This cat is very small and far too feminine for a male of this
age. In addition to being small and very immature he is also very light weight.
This exhibit is very good Oriental type and is very elegant, albeit too fine
for a male. Well balanced head. Ears of excellent size, shape and set. Fair
profile, chin rather shallow. Eyes of very good shape and set, good colour,
unfortunately the haws were raised. Body of good length. Tail short for
balance. Coat short and of good texture, very dark in colour and fairly sound
to the roots.

Head of good type
overall. Ears of good size and shape, set rather too high. Skull rather flat
resulting in profile being rather angular. Chin line good but bite is
undershot. Slight muzzle pinch spoils lines to wedge. Eyes good shape and set,
good colour. Body of good length and type, tail of fair length but lacking
sufficient taper. Coat of fair length and texture, but rather open. Colour
almost sound, fair colour distribution.

A very pleasing exhibit of good size and strong build. Head of very good
overall type. Ears good size and held well but set a little wide. Very good
profile, good bite, firm chin. Eyes of good shape with good expression.
Excellent body type, good length, strongly built. Strong legs, tall and well
boned. Well balanced tail. Coat of excellent length and texture, well groomed,
very attractive colour.

An attractive cat of good size and substance. Head overall a little short
for balance. Ears good size and shape but set rather wide. Fairly good profile
but shows a slight change of plane. Eyes good shape and size. Excellent long
strongly built body. Tall strong legs. Balanced tail length. Excellent coat
length and texture, well prepared. Excellent condition.

excellent overall type. Ears of very good size and shape, set just a little
wide but held well. Very good profile, firm chin and good bite. Coat of
excellent length and texture. Very attractive colour. Well deserving of BoB.

balanced head of overall excellent shape. Ears good size shape and set. Skull
rather flat spoiling the overall profile. Good bite and chinline. Muzzle
showing the slightest pinch. Eyes a fair green colour, very good shape and set.
Body of good length and type. Tail fair length and taper. Coat of very good
length and texture, close lying. Very good red colour, good solid dorsal area.
