WYVERN CAT CLUB
9th September 2001
John S Harrison
My thanks to Show Managers and Committee for inviting me to judge once again, and for the Worcester
plate. What a pity there were so many absentees. Many thanks to Mrs Barbara Fellows for stewarding for me once
again.
Norwegian Forest Cat, Male Neuter
1, PC & BoB Sedgewick's VIEUXTEMPS
SIRIUS. 67.14c 05/10/00 A large strongly built male, surprisingly mature for 11 months of age. Ears very good size
correctly set on head. Very good profile, with excellent chin line. Excellent lines to wedge. Excellent eye shape and set. The
eyes did appear to be very yellow, but in the hall lighting it was really difficult to assess. Excellent body type, strong
well-balanced limbs. Good tail. Excellent white coat of correct texture, a little short at present. An impressive chap well
worthy of the PC.
CNH: Handy's CH NORSKMAGI SNOKONGEN. 67.14a 23/09/99 Unfortunately this
large attractive chap decided he really did not want to be handled, and was returned to his pen with some degree of haste! A
pity because he seemed to have the qualities I look for.
Considered for BoB: Kemp's PR SNOWSCAPE
STORM. 67.31t 19/05/98
Angora Neuter
1, IC n/a Thorne's SIRONGYU BLACK
PEARL. 62 43s. 10/06/98 Head overall of fair type. Ears of fair shape and set but need to be much larger. Eyes good
shape and set. Profile very angular. Body of fair length lacking Oriental elegance. Legs very short. Tail very short. Coat of
excellent length and texture. Fair colour, silver needing better clarity.
